We are delighted to share the fantastic news that the multi-talented Jackie Clune is now a patron of Wishing Tree House.
Jackie's impressive career in the arts spans comedy, writing, presenting, singing, and acting. She's also an activist, and mother to four (including triplets!).
Jackie is a freelance journalist who has published both diaries and novels. Formerly a lecturer in drama, and founder of a theatre company, her acting career has seen her grace stage, screen, and radio in a variety of roles for television, theatre, radio, and musicals – among many of note, the BBC's Motherland . In 2023 Jackie brought the role of Narrator in The Rocky Horror Picture Show to Hastings' own White Rock Theatre.
Jackie is also Vice President of Equity, the actors' union, and Eton Manor RFC Women's Chair.
It is with great excitement that we announce Jackie Clune as patron of Wishing Tree House charity for women in the arts and we look forward to sharing more news of her involvement soon.
